I’m very fortunate to be part of this set of calligraphers teaching at this summit, and I’ll be teaching an intermediate class that goes over how I design invitations from start to finish. This is considered an intermediate class because it would require some calligraphy skill developed and also some knowledge of design programs, but it would go over a ton of business information that can help you get started in your own invitation company. I will be discussing our client discussions, the various types of printing and the nitty gritty details, the entire design process and where I get inspiration, how I present this to the client and actually execute it the design from paper to paper.
